Imperial #1 in AGM Survey Golf headwear maker Imperial Headwear, has been ranked number one at private facilities by the 2015 Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) Member Survey. “Imperial is very proud to have been ranked in the first spot at private facilities by AGM members,” said John Bond, vice president of sales at Imperial. “This further demonstrates that Imperial is widely regarded as the classic brand in golf headwear.” The AGM is an international association of golf-related merchandisers and vendors with 850 members including golf professionals, buyers, merchandisers, students, club managers, owners, and suppliers to the golf industry. “AGM is thankful to have Imperial Headwear’s involvement in our organization,” said Desane Blaney, executive director of the Association of Golf Merchandisers. “Imperial was our very first vendor partner when we were founded in 1989 and still with us today as they approach their 100th Anniversary in 2016.”

Long Drive Antigua Antigua Sportswear will again be the official apparel provider for contestants and volunteers at the 2015 World Long Drive Championship broadcast on the Golf Channel starting today. “All of us at Antigua are proud to partner with the World Long Drive Championship and Golf Channel. The 2015 World Long Drive Championship runs from Oct. 14 through tomorrow, Oct. 21 at WinStar World Casino and Resort, located north of Dallas in Thackerville, Okla. This year a new match-play format will be in place, with the men’s open championship division competing for the World Long Drive Championship belt and a $250,000 purse.
