The Latest in Fall/Winter Fashion

Have you noticed how much of the outerwear on the market is made with a quilted material that looks like bubble wrap? There’s just something about popping those plastic bubbles in packing material that can really satisfy the popper and annoy everyone else. And there’s just something about the puffy quilting on vests and jackets that looks and feels warm and cozy when heading out to play in the cold.

It is reported that Eddie Bauer invented the first “Puffer Jacket” for himself in 1936 so he wouldn’t suffer hypothermia when fishing with his dad. Skiwear has bubbled up on the slopes ever since, so why not golf apparel? The industry has followed suit with some of these fall/winter styles to wrap up in.
