Morgan Pressel, a star on the LPGA Tour, has great style and loves wearing Lilly Pulitzer off the course. In amazing ways, she honors the honors the memory of her mother, Kathryn Krickstein Pressel who passed away at an early age of breast cancer. She devotes herself with incredible feats like The annual Morgan & Friends Fight Cancer Tournament Event in January, The Morgan Pressel Foundation, and recently in 2013, the Morgan Pressel Center for Cancer Genetics at Boca Raton Regional Hospital was established to ascertain an individual’s risk for developing certain cancers that have strong hereditary links.
Morgan and Friends participants include Paula Creamer, Lexi Thompson, Brittany Lincicome, Michelle Wie, is held at St. Andrews Country Club, it’s members and sponsors have raised over $2 million dollars to aid and support patient care and research in the fight against breast cancer. In 2010, the mobile miracle Kathryn Krickstein Pressel Mammovan was founded and travels throughout Palm Beach County providing affordable breast exams and health care to those who might not otherwise receive it.
