Spring and Fall Couples Events Offered in 2018

Less than two hours off the eastern U.S. coast, the island of Bermuda is undeniably one of the most magnificent islands in the Caribbean. Known for its brilliant turquoise blue water, beautiful beach grottos, pink-sand beaches and pastel-colored homes, the more you see in Bermuda, the more you want to see. Flowers abound in pastel colors and adorn the landscape of the island. If you have been to Bermuda, you understand the exquisite ambiance that is Bermuda; that is this place. If not, you are in for a real treat.

Among Bermuda resorts, you simply won’t find a property whose owners are more passionate and committed to their operation than the Lamb family, who’ve owned and operated the Pompano Beach Club since 1956. Their “guest-comes-first philosophy” has enabled the Pompano Beach Club to become one of the island’s most popular small resorts. Overlooking Bermuda’s southwest coast, this striking 75-room resort is a tropical paradise! The resort prides itself on its exceptional service and hospitality, extensive recreational facilities, breathtaking ocean views from every guestroom and its relaxed atmosphere. The resort offers a variety of restaurants, where the ambiance and views are as inspiring as the gourmet cuisine.

Tournament packages and choice accommodations are based on space availability. For more information or to reserve a place in the tournament, call the resort’s sales office at 800-343-4155 or view tournament details on the resort’s website at www.pompanobeachclub.com.

After a game of golf and before a night out, pamper yourself at Three Graces Day Spa. Select from a wide variety of massage and body treatments, manicures, pedicures, facials, couple’s treatments and special spa packages.

The resort has its own private beach and its shallow waterfront is the only one of its kind in Bermuda. At low tide, you can wade out over 400 yards in knee to chest deep crystal clear water along the resort’s spectacular sandbar.

If you prefer poolside, the resort’s heated, oceanfront swimming pool is situated overlooking their spectacular waterfront. Pompano’s stunning pool deck has been one of the Bermuda Department of Tourism’s favorite spots to do photo shoots – including one involving former supermodel, Tyra Banks. Unlike many other resorts, Pompano’s pools and jacuzzis are open 24 hours a day. An inviting in-ground Jacuzzi with powerful jets and a glass front edge which water cascades over, juts slightly into the center section of the pool. The resort’s three outdoor Jacuzzis are situated overlooking the sparkling turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean, giving you the opportunity to sit back and truly relax.

For water enthusiast, the resort offers an endless list of activities from sailing, whale watching tours and fishing to jet skiing, parasailing, and scuba diving. For families, snorkeling is an excellent alternative to diving and there are many places where the water is shallow enough for children.

What could be better than sunsets in paradise while you’re out on the water, listening to the gentle waves and island music on a cocktail cruise aboard a 50-foot catamaran. Kayaks are popular for exploring, but if you’re looking for something a little quirkier, try hydro-biking.

Imagine an early morning workout on the treadmill while facing breathtaking views of the ocean! Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors stretch the full width of the fitness center, showcasing unobstructed views of the resort’s picturesque waterfront. The fitness center which is open from 6:30 am – midnight daily, has spacious men’s and ladies’ restrooms, complete with showers and changing facilities which are ideal for those departing on late afternoon flights. For those who want more than a panoramic ocean view to look at, a 33” wall mounted television with cable channels.

If you have time for a game of tennis, you’ll have the option of playing on either the resort’s ocean view clay court or on one of Port Royal Golf Course’s four all-weather courts which are located only 400 yards from the resort.

The Pompano Beach club has it all and with so much to do on this beautiful island paradise, you’ll probably want to go ahead and book your next trip back.
