How do we stay healthy in our golf travels? It is a challenge when travel logistics can be stressful. Make smart menu choices. This should be self-explanatory, but all those fat, juicy, and sweet selections around every corner are instantly self-gratifying but only temporarily and then the heavy weight and guilt set in. Stop it. Stock up and eat those fruits and veggies and lean protein with grains.
